Notify Us

While most registered sex offenders comply with the sex offender registration laws, there are always those who are going to try and beat the system. Some offenders register as "homeless," in an attempt to avoid community notification, when they really have a residence. Some use a friend or relative’s address, when they are really living in another area of town. Failure to properly register is a class "C" felony, and it is a crime we take very seriously. If you are aware of any sex offender who has not properly registered, or if you have any information or concerns regarding the activities of any registered sex offender, use the form below to submit an anonymous tip.

When submitting a tip, please supply as much information as possible such as the offender's name, location, schedule, employer, acquaintances, etc.
