PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposal is for a six-story building with 10,000 sq. ft. of retail at ground level and offices above in an environmentally critical area. Parking for 435 vehicles to be located beneath the structure. Review includes demolition of two office and one retail structures and a surface parking lot.
PROCESS
The applicant has applied for Design Review related to development of this site for a commercial development. At the Design Review Board meeting the applicant will present information about the proposed design and how it responds to the Design Guideline priorities established at the Early Design Guidance Board meeting on May 16 and July 11, 2007, regarding this site; the public may offer comments regarding the proposed design; and, the Design Review Board members will offer to the Director of the Department of Planning and Development their recommendations regarding the design.
