PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Project 3004016: The proposal is to develop a 32-story residential tower with ground-floor retail spaces and parking for approximately 360 vehicles in a below-grade garage.
Project 3004017: The proposal is to develop a 24-story office building with ground-floor retail and approximately 320 spaces of below-grade parking.
Project 3004165: The proposal is to develop a 13-story office building with ground-floor retail and with parking in a below-grade garage.
PROCESS
The applicants have applied for Design Review related to development of this site for a mixed-use development. At the early design guidance meeting, the applicants will present information about the site and vicinity. The public may offer comments regarding the design and siting of a mixed-use development on the subject site; and, the Design Review Board members will also offer comments and identify those Citywide Design Guidelines of highest priority in developing the site.
