The Director of DPD is convening the Design Review Board for a 3rd early design guidance meeting.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposal is for two, 36 story towers containing 252,401 feet of retail and office use on floors 1 thru 5, with a 300 room hotel on floors 6 thru 12, and 326 residential units above. Parking for 800 vehicles will provided below grade.
PROCESS
The applicant has applied for Design Review related to development of this site for a Type development. At the Design Review Board meeting the applicant will present information about the proposed design and how it responds to the Design Guideline priorities established at the Early Design Guidance Board meeting on Date, regarding this site; the public may offer comments regarding the proposed design; and, the Design Review Board members will offer to the Director of the Department of Planning and Development their recommendations regarding the design.
