The Director of DPD is convening the Design Review Board for its recommendations. 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

The proposal is for a four-story structure with 12,474 sq. ft. of ground level retail with 39,750 sq. ft. of administrative and medical offices and one residential unit above.  Parking for approximately 120 vehicles will be located below grade. Existing structures to be demolished.
 

PROCESS 

The applicant has applied for Design Review related to development of this site.  At the Design Review Board meeting the applicant will present information about the proposed design and how it responds to the Design Guideline priorities established at the Early Design Guidance Board meeting on March 21 and December 5, 2007, regarding this site; the public may offer comments regarding the proposed design; and, the Design Review Board members will offer to the Director of the Department of Planning and Development their recommendations regarding the design.
