Council Land Use Action to rezone 65,000 sq. ft. of property from SF 5000 to NC2-40 (Contract Rezone). Project includes a land use application to allow a four-story building containing 6,000 sq. ft. of indoor sports and recreation (Health Club) with 63 apartment units above on the two northern parcels (7700 Rainier Ave S). Project also includes 13,100 cu. yds. of grading. Parking for 89 vehicles to be provided within the structure at and below grade. Proposed rezone is bounded by Rainier Ave S on the West, 5115 & 5123 S Wildwood Lane to the North, 7717 & 7749 52nd Ave S to the East and 5112 & 5120 S Kenyon St to the South.
