CAM 213B, Application Requirements for Lot Boundary Adjustments (see also Director's Rule [DR] 10-87, DR 12-87, and DR 13-97)

Washington state law allows adjustments of boundary lines if certain conditions are met. Applications for lot boundary adjustments in Seattle are filed by appointment with the Department of Planning and Development (DPD). Lot boundary adjustments must satisfy public concerns of health, safety and welfare as detailed in Seattle's Land Use Code (Chapter 23.28 of the Seattle Municipal Code or SMC). Additional information about when the lot boundary adjustment procedure may and may not be used is provided in DPD Director's Rules 10-87 and 12-87.
